This was such an incredible day. Not only was it the first day of the fall festival at Oglebay Resort, but I also checked into the lodge for the entire weekend. I was on a 5 day vacation from work and soaking up as much “fall” as possible (hence the pumpkin-caramel-apple latte in my hand). The weather didn’t cooperate all day, so I was glad I had the hat and scarf. This blanket scarf is from TJ Maxx. I paid $35 for it.
It’s much thicker than most I’ve seen,
and it’s really warm. I didn’t want to take it off all weekend.
If you haven’t been to Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, West Virginia – it’s one of the most beautiful places. I used to live about 2 miles from it and I’ve missed it so much since I moved to Michigan.
