What a day. We are now post-election and waking up to a new president! It was a history-making race and I just hope that everyone can come together and move forward. I don’t get into politics – being a journalist – but maybe this post can be a nice little break from the ugliness that I’m seeing so much of on social media.
There are few things more beautiful than fall colors in “Pure Michigan”. I couldn’t get over how gorgeous everything looked while we were walking around taking these pictures. I get why people take road trips to see the fall foliage in other parts of the country and along the northern east coast. It’s just breathtaking!
I think it’s something about crisp air and the fall season in general that makes me want to wear flannel all the time. You are with me right? A red plaid or flannel button up shirt is one staple that I wear a ton during the colder months. I would love this shirt tucked into a sequin pencil skirt for the holiday season too!
