I have been on the hunt for great over the knee boots this fall and I’m so excited I found this pair at Forever 21. They were under $50, comfortable to walk in, and felt well made for the price. I also love the gold detail on the heel – plus they don’t slouch when you walk, which is a deal-breaker for me when it comes to buying OTK boots.
