We’re back from Costa Rica and back to winter! I can’t wait to share pictures from last week with you, plus a review of the all-inclusive resort we stayed at! That will be up soon. In the meantime – I want to share this super cozy sweater dress that I wore earlier this week! I’m thankful that the temperatures have been fairly mild to welcome us back home. Made the sting of leaving paradise not quite as bad, haha!
I picked this dress out because I loved the marled knit and the pockets. It’s an oversized fit, which I love wearing with over the knee boots or leggings and it’s the perfect length.
You may notice that the bottom of my extensions have turned a bit of a strawberry color while I was away! I didn’t even really notice it until I was uploading these pics. I talked to my stylist, and turns out it’s a completely normal thing that happens when you travel overseas or to a tropical location with extensions! A mix of the hard water in other countries, sun, salt water and chlorine can totally strip the ashy tones from the hair – yikes! My friend Diane, who was there in Costa Rica with us and wearing extensions also noticed it happening to hers. The good news is there is a fix to it, so I’ve got some hair-homework this week lol. I’ll let you know how it turns out!
