SHOP THE LOOK:
Closing out the workweek with a winter white sweater dress. It’s a very fine knit and a bit dressier and more structured than the chunky sweater dresses I have. The fit and flare cut and the banded waist make for a very flattering shape. There are so many ways you could style this dress since it’s in a great neutral color (it also comes in a beautiful deep purple). I would love it with black tights and red lips, maybe paired with red plaid accessories! It’s definitely one of those pieces that will take you from desk to dinner.
I have had these grey over the knee boots for a little over a year now and I’m still loving them! They serve as a good dupe for the Stuart Weitzman Highland at a tenth of the price (on sale right now). These do come in black and taupe as well. They aren’t the most comortable boots to walk in for long periods of time but I didn’t really expect that without shelling out hundreds of dollars.
We took these pictures over Thanksgiving while I was able to spend a few days in West Virginia. It’s funny to look at those pretty fall trees right now while snow is falling here in Michigan and temps are dipping down into the teens and twenties – yikes! No more pretty fall hues left around up here in the mitten state.
