Now that the wedding is over – I’ve had a chance to get into Halloween-mode, which is one of my favorite seasons to decorate for! I transitioned my fall hutch into a bit more of a halloween theme and I love how it turned out. I picked up that garland from Target and started using some more of those golden tones this year (linking all of it at the bottom of the post for you). Kind of loving how warm and cozy that color is.
I was in the mood to do some type of fall baking and try out some keto recipes that I had been seeing on pinterest. We started doing keto in July to lose a few lbs before the wedding and it has actually worked really well for Gregg and I. This pumpkin bread really caught my eye, so I gave it a shot and was just praying it tasted a fraction like the real thing!
It actually turned out waaaayyyy better than I was expecting! Especially when you eat it warm with a little bit of the icing spread or drizzled on top. See the full recipe here. I used coconut flour and swerve confectioners, since she gives a few options for the flour and sugar substitute.
