Happy Monday, everyone! I’m super excited for this week on the blog because I’ve been working hard to get a TON of fall looks ready for you. This is one that I really wanted to share because it’s an outfit that I will wear repeatedly this season.
I feel like this trend was one that snuck up on me this year. All of a sudden I am out shopping and there are chenille cardigans everywhere I look. I hadn’t been in the market for one, but the moment I saw this one, it was love at first sight. I think I said something along the lines of “this is the softest, most beautiful cardigan I’ve ever seen,” to the woman working the dressing room at Loft. Needless to say, I bought it in both colors (the other is a beautiful mustard). I love the way it looks paired with one of my absolutely favorite pair of jeans. These are new and from – wait for it – Target! I’ve been reaching for them over and over again because they are super comfortable, flattering, and make me feel like I’m sort of trendy all at once. I’ve had such a love/hate (mostly hate) relationship with jeans over the years and I’m always thrilled to find a gem every once in a while!
After spending a few hours yesterday working on fall blog looks, Gregg and I went out for an impromptu date night to celebrate all of of my success with my business in the last few months. It’s been a crazy, transformative past 6 months – that’s for sure. Can’t wait to see where this journey takes us! <3
