LACE UP SWEATER

Today’s look is one of my favorites that I’ve worn recently! We went to an Oktoberfest a few days ago and it was great to finally have some cooler fall weather. My fall wardrobe always consists of a lot of jean skirt/sweater combos. It’s one of the easiest things for me to throw on, especially in early fall when it’s not cold yet. This lace-up sweater has been calling my name and I’m so glad I finally own it. Not only is it cozy, it’s also a statement piece. I had people stopping me left and right to tell me they loved my outfit! The sweater actually ties in a bow at the bottom, and it looks super cute untucked and worn with jeans. I’ve seen it styled where it’s not over the shoulder and I love that too. One of the things I like about Chicwish, is that you can see photos of how other girls are wearing whatever item you are looking at. I get so much inspiration from those pictures! The jean skirt I’m wearing was something I bought a few weeks ago from Madewell, because of how much I love their jeans. I wanted to spend a little more because I wear my jean skirts so much. This one is nice and thick but also stretchy. It’s a great piece to have in your closet and I’ve gotten a ton of wear out of it already. Mine is a little loose on me, because they were really limited on sizes but I think it works because I like to tuck sweaters into it.
